Pilates Power Mat - 60 minutes
Strengthen and stretch the whole body while focusing on the abdominals. We will be lying on mats for most of the class, which makes the movement effective for everyone, from seasoned athletes to anyone suffering from joint pain. Beginner-Intermediate level.
MEET OUR INSTRUCTOR:
Carol Ann Hart

Director of Yoga and Pilates Department, Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Carol is from Berkeley, California and has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Oberlin College and Masters of Science in Microbiology from Oregon State University. Carol completed her Pilates instructor certification through Power Pilates of New York/San Carlos and her Yoga Alliance 200 instructor certification through Village Yoga of Modesto. Her passions include dance, yoga and Pilates, but she also enjoys participating in MMA and walking her dogs. One of Carol’s favorite quotes is, "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
