Courtney Forsythe: Indoor Cycling Instructor
Courtney grew up in Mariposa and currently resides in Bass Lake. She has her Associate of Science degree in Biological Science from Reedley College and is also CPR/AED/EMT certified. She completed her Spinning certificate through Madd Dogg Athletics. Courtney enjoys snowboarding, road biking, paddle boarding, running, hiking and wants to add mountain biking to the list! She has won her age division in the Bass Lake Triathlon two years in a row. Courtney’s family means the world to her and enjoys spending time with them as well as her dog, Cheetah. Her favorite quotes are, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with one single step.” And “Strong is the new skinny.”

Liesa Scholze

Liesa Scholze: Yoga Instructor
Liesa has come all the way from Germany and now resides with her family in Mariposa. She has her Masters degree in Social Work and is a therapist for the disabled. Liesa completed her yoga teacher training through Sivananda Yoga in Austria. She enjoys African drumming, biking, hiking, climbing, yoga, and is a Capoeira dancer. Her favorite quote says, “Let the beauty we love, be what we do!” ~Rumi
